In principle, the Developer destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, the Developer will exceptionally retain personal information in the following cases.
- Where retention is required under applicable laws even after membership withdrawal (e.g., the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, etc.)
- Where necessary for dispute resolution or cooperation with investigations
Personal information whose retention period has expired is destroyed immediately.
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
The Developer destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has elapsed, the purpose of processing has been achieved, or the personal information otherwise becomes unnecessary, such as due to termination of the service.
- Destruction procedure: Personal information subject to destruction is destroyed with the approval of the person responsible for personal information protection.
- Destruction method: Personal information in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that render it unrecoverable and unreproducible, and personal information printed on paper documents is shredded or incinerated.

In principle, the Developer does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the Developer may exceptionally provide personal information in the following cases.

- Where required by law, or where requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes

- (No companies or tasks are currently outsourced) The Developer does not currently outsource personal information to any company.

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request to view personal information
- Request to correct personal information
- Request to delete personal information
- Request to suspend processing of personal information
The above rights may be exercised by contacting the Developer in writing, by telephone, by e-mail, etc., and the Developer will take necessary action without delay.
Where personal information of a child under the age of 14 is collected, the consent of the legal representative must be obtained, and the legal representative may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of the child's personal information.

- Technical measures: encryption of personal information, establishment of access control systems, installation of security programs, etc.
